GT Group  is announcing a vacancy for the position of Spare Parts Advisor for passenger vehicles.

GT Group is a diversified holding company engaged in a wide range of trading and service operations. The company is the official representative of leading international  brands of trucks, agricultural and farm machinery, and lubricants: Ford Trucks, Iveco, New Holland, Isuzu,Castrol and others.

Location:  Tbilisi, 216 Davit Aghmashenebeli Alley;

Work schedule: Full-time, 10:00 to 18:00;

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Higher education - preferably in a technical field or business administration;
• Experience  working with vehicle parts catalogues;
• Knowledge of general vehicle design and technical specifications;
• English at B2 level;
• Ability to use MS Office applications effectively; 
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Planning and time management skills;

Main functions and duties: 

• Communicating directly with customers and answering phone calls;
• Finding and identifying auto parts in catalogues;
• Contacting suppliers to clarify and identify a part when its code cannot be determined;
• Preparing pro-forma and final invoices for customers;
• Checking payments received and the limits set by contracts;
• Placing urgent orders and controlling the logistics process;
• Communicating with transport companies and coordinating deliveries;
• Continuously monitoring order status and keeping customers informed;
• Monitoring stock and, when needed, initiating part orders with the Parts Manager;
• Sharing information about marketing activities and special offers with customers;
• Monitoring progress against the business plans set by manufacturers;
• Keeping a register of pro-forma and final invoices;
• Keeping a register of orders and continuously updating delivery statuses;
• Keeping a register of supplier invoices and transport documents;
• Reporting regularly to the line manager;
