Working hours: Full-time;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education - preferably in a technical field;
• Knowledge of and experience in service operations;
• Product knowledge (repairs, parts, processes, etc.) and general automotive knowledge;
• Experience working with spare parts catalogues is desirable;
• Knowledge of English - B2 level;
• Knowledge of MS Office;

Main duties:

• Managing the booking system, agreeing appointment times with customers and confirming visits;
• Informing customers about service campaigns and making sure they are carried out;
• Checking the accuracy of registered vehicle data;                       
• Checking the accuracy of defect reports sent out;
• Checking the accuracy of handover reports and their submission to ORIS;                       
• Checking receivables;
• Checking contract limits and remaining balances;
• Checking the accuracy of cost estimates and making sure they are sent to Accounting on time;
• Checking that completed tasks and photos are uploaded correctly;                                     
• Monitoring the amounts under contracts signed with customers.
