GT Group is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Consultant for BYD passenger, electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

GT Group is a diversified holding company engaged in a wide range of trading and service operations. The company is the official representative of leading international  brands of trucks, agricultural and farm machinery, and lubricants: Ford Trucks, Iveco, New Holland, Isuzu,Castrol and others.

Location:  Tbilisi, 216 Davit Aghmashenebeli Alley;

Work schedule: Full-time;

 Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position in the automotive industry is desirable;
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage; 
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Driving licence - category B;

Main functions and duties:

• Knowing the specifications of the vehicles displayed in the showroom;
• Managing the customer service process in line with the company's standards;
• Answering incoming calls and giving customers as much information as possible about the vehicles for sale, as well as the services offered and current promotions;
• Running the entire sales process: identifying customer needs and selecting and offering a suitable vehicle, scheduling test drives, and, once a sale is made, completing the relevant paperwork, informing the customer about warranty terms and handing over the vehicle in proper condition;
• Continuously working to grow vehicle sales by finding potential customers and communicating with them effectively;
• Keeping informed about competitors on the market: prices, specifications, and a comparative analysis of their strengths and weaknesses;
• Taking part in receiving vehicles (visual inspection, planning storage/parking);
• Taking part in identifying, planning and selecting vehicles to be ordered;
• Taking part in various professional development trainings;
