We are looking for a results-driven, strategic and technically competent professional to develop and effectively manage the company's product portfolio.

Qualification requirements and personal skills: 

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the automotive industry);
• Technical knowledge of lubricants and automotive products;
•  Knowledge of English - at least B2 level;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Analytical and strategic thinking;
• Negotiation and effective communication skills;  

Main functions and duties: 

• Delivering the plans and objectives set by the head of the department;
• Initiating, sourcing, evaluating and introducing new products;
• Developing, managing and optimising the automotive product portfolio;
• Conducting market research and analysing the competitive environment;
• Continuously monitoring, comparing and analysing competitors' prices;
• Preparing analytical reports and recommendations and presenting them to management;
• Building, maintaining and developing partner relationships;
